These terms govern your use of 403ai.org (the "Site"), operated by 403AI ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or create an account.

The service

The Site provides written content, a newsletter, optional user accounts, and community features. It is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

You may create an account by signing in with a supported third-party provider (such as GitHub or Google). You choose a public handle, which may be pseudonymous. You are responsible for activity on your account. Pseudonyms are welcome; impersonating another person or entity is not. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, or abuse others;
• post hateful, defamatory, or deceptive content, or spam;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Site;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or data except as expressly permitted.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the Site. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. We may review, moderate, or remove content, and may withhold or disable community posting, at our discretion.

Our content

The Site's own content, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Do not copy, redistribute, or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

Sign-in and certain features rely on third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Newsletter

The newsletter is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Paid engagements

Any custom development, consulting, or other paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, not by these terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Site or delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
